What the quote form does.
The quote form sends your name, optional email address, phone number, suburb, selected service, referral source and project details to Mel One through our email delivery provider. The website shows a success message only after the provider accepts the enquiry. If online delivery is unavailable, the form keeps your details visible and shows direct phone and email options.
Mel One uses the contact details and project information only to respond, assess the request and keep a practical record of the conversation. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for the quote.
This website links to Google Maps, the Google Business Profile, the Australian Business Register and the main Mel One Maintenance website. Those services apply their own privacy and data-handling terms when you open them.
